Job Description

As a Freelance Field Sales and Marketing Agent, you will be responsible for promoting and selling Next Generation Cleaning Service’s products/services within the designated market . This role involves a combination of field sales activities and strategic marketing initiatives to drive business growth and expand our customer base. Your primary duties and responsibilities will include

Sales Generation: Actively seek out new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and door-to-door canvassing.

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs, presenting appropriate solutions, and addressing any concerns or inquiries.

Market Research: Conduct market research to identify potential clients and evaluate market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.

Marketing Strategies: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective marketing strategies, including digital marketing campaigns, events, and promotional activities.

Sales Reporting: Provide regular sales reports, including sales forecasts, pipeline activity, and market feedback, to the management team.

Target Achievement: Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives set by the company to contribute to overall business growth and profitability.

Represent Company: Serve as the face of the company, maintaining a professional and positive image while interacting with clients and stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a sales representative or similar role, preferably in the [industry/type] sector.
• Strong knowledge of sales and marketing principles, methods, practices, and techniques.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in other languages is a plus.
• UAE driving license and access to a vehicle preferred.
• Must be based in Dubai and legally eligible to work as a freelancer.
