- Clients should ensure that clothing items are clean and free of stains before submitting them for ironing.
- Delicate fabrics, embellishments, and special care instructions should be clearly communicated to our staff.
- We strive to provide our clients with the best possible service, and that includes being on time. However, we understand that sometimes things beyond our control, such as unexpected traffic. If you experience a delay in service due to traffic, we appreciate your patience and understanding.
- Client may cancel or adjust the time of a cleaning visit/s by giving at least 24 hours advanced notice . For cancellation and refund, refer to the terms and conditions clause.
